Orders received Monday to Friday before 11 am will be processed and dispatched that same day; purchase orders placed after 11 am will be processed and dispatched the following business day. Friday Orders placed after 11 am or over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday. Please note: That our Rugs, Deck tread and Fender Ranges may take an extra 24 Hours to dispatch due to stock availability.

We will process your order on the same business day that payment is received where your order is placed before 11am; orders placed after 11 am will be processed the following business day.

Once dispatched, you will generally receive your order within 1-7 days; deliveries to rural locations can take up to 12 days depending on your location.

We will email you a tracking number once your order is in transit. This tracking number will provide you with estimated delivery times and dates for your order.

Yes. We use Local Courier services for all of our standard carpet sizes and they deliver door to door, For some of our larger orders, we use larger courier companies, who only deliver business to business.

Deliveries should only be sent to addresses where a person can verify that the goods have been delivered. Deliveries will occur Monday to Friday during business hours.

Carpet Capers is not responsible for loss or incorrect deliveries if a customer provides an incorrect delivery address.

Our marine carpets are 2 meters wide and our grass carpets are 1.8 meters wide.

Yes, our marine carpets from the teak and plank ranges can be ordered in 4 meter widths. Our grass carpets are available in 3.6 meter widths.

The delivery costs provided in our checkout apply to standard sized products only. The cost of delivery for larger carpets is determined by our delivery partners – delivery charges are passed on to customers with no additional charges added by us.

Yes, the only products that cannot be used outside are our marine liners and automotive liners. These products are not designed for exterior use and will not handle exposure to the outside environment.

No, our marine liner is designed for roof and wall applications only; it should not be used for flooring or exteriors.

We find that most of our customers don’t glue their carpet to the floor as they prefer to have the carpet loose laid, allowing them to access hatches and remove the carpet to clean. Gluing is recommended for pontoons, jetties and permanent fittings only.

How do you recommend we keep the carpet in place if we don’t want to glue it down?

For external use we recommend Roberts 6037 Outdoor Adhesive or Contact Adhesive. For inside usage we recommend UZ 57 NUE which is available in our online shop. For our marine and automotive liners we recommend spray able contact adhesive or FS600, also available in our online shop.

All advertised stock is generally available however occasionally there can be a short delay in delivery due to stock availability. We will contact you immediately to advise you if your order may be delayed due to availability of stock.
