Free Shipping Is Available nationally in Australia for all online product orders.

Carpet Capers will process and ship all orders received before 12 pm on the same day.

All orders received after 12 pm may be processed the following working day.

Weekend and public holiday orders will be processed on the following working day.

Only Rug orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Our Free Shipping is available nationally in Australia.

Delivery times for all our online selected products are dependent on your postal location.

Generally, the metro area arrival of your rug will be between 2 to 7 days.

Rural or remote locations may be forwarded to different courier services.

Extending the arrival of your rug to 5-14 days.

For rural and remote locations, we may request that a delivery be collected at a more local location.

Some remote collection points may be an issue for our courier to deliver to. We will, however, contact you to discuss alternative courier pick-up options or locations.

Carpet Capers will send the customer a courier tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

Carpet Capers holds stock of orders; however, some delays may occur if stock is on backorder or awaiting the arrival of new stock reorders.

We will contact our customer if there is a delay in processing the stock.
